Retail sales are the main focus of this opportunity. However, at times this person may be called upon to support the company's food service sales effort. Must have: (1) food broker management experience, (2) strong leadership abilities, (3) experience calling on major retail headquarters. Should have a Bachelor of Arts.

Participate in the preparation of event contracts; prepare correspondence to clients. May participate in the development of newsletters and other marketing materials. Prepare various reports on operations and activities; provide assistance and staff support to the Sales & Marketing Director. Serve as a liaison with industry representatives, the general public and other convention center departments and divisions. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. Attend Industry events. 2+ years of increasingly responsible sales and marketing experience required. Should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course works in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience. Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license required.
