The candidate will be developing, implementing and communicating city operating plans that maximize revenue and grow market share, within plan objectives and company guidelines.  Monitors performance against plan and establishes or revises plans, procedures and standards, as appropriate, to maximize profits. Sets monthly goals for each location's key operating performance measurements to include revenue per unit, revenue, transactions and incremental sales. Forecasts, budgets and manages the key financial drivers of a city to include revenue, transactions, market segment mix, utilization, fleet mix, wage expense, daily dollar average, revenue per unit, incremental revenue penetration and fleet size. Directing and controling the activities performed by the fleet distribution function in reviewing and evaluating the availability of fleet vehicles at various locations. Overseeing the activities performed by the fleet function in directing and controlling the maintenance, repair and/or reconditioning of fleet vehicles. Evaluating the physical inventories to establish and maintain the proper mix and age of lot vehicles. Working with the Corporate Sales and Marketing functions to develop sales policy, long-range sales objectives and local marketing plans. Building and maintaining professional relationships with local business organizations and governmental agencies in an ongoing effort to protect the company's interests, and to discuss and resolve commonly faced problems. Ensuring all Quality Assurance standards are maintained. Hiring, supervising, training, developing, motivating and evaluating the performance of manager and employee staff.  Implementing Human Resouces policies in the area of discipline, discharge, motivation and performance in a consistent and fair manner.  Establishing, communicating, monitoring and updating objectives for staff consistent with the Company goals and objectives. Prepare financial analysis on individual physicians, departments, and the overall practice to gauge productivity and financial performance. Financial analysis to determine financial feasibility of physicians and programs including pro formas for negotiating new and renewal contracts. Communicate financial data to practice plan operations, hospital administration, and physician leadership. Negotiate, with corporate staff, the insurance carrier contracts for the practices. Develop and implement policy and procedure for revenue cycle management. Assuring that compliance standards for finance and revenue cycle management are met. Manage the credentialing of physicians with insurance carriers. Manage the timely and proper coding of charges. Manage the timely and proper billing and collections of charges. Manage the implementation and utilization of practice management IT systems as well as assuring staff education and use of those systems. Develop and communicate all policies and procedures involving practice plan finance and revenue cycle management. Should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related healthcare field; Master's degree preferred. Management level experience for 5+ years. Manager 10 - 0 Full-time 2010-11-01
