A highly respected global professional services/consulting firm seeks a Recruiting Manager to drive the additions of high level financial service executives for their New York City office. The Recruiting Manager will be an expert in the execution of sourcing strategy, will be well versed in the necessary subject matter and will actively add value across the organization by contributing to the national sourcing program. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for all additional aspects of the process which will include screening, scheduling, background and on-boarding. The Manager will implement recruiting strategy and will be collaborating regularly with key members of the firm's upper management on a regular basis. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of recruiting experience from either an executive search firm or another service organization. The candidate must have previously interacted with high level executives and have strong presence and attention to detail. Will be primarily responsible for the recruitment of Partners, Managing Directors and Directors. Previous recruiting experience within financial services is preferred.
