Should have restoration experience in mitigation and reconstruction. Must have experience running a full-service restoration company with strong management experience. Candidate must be able to do profit and loss and collections. Ideal candidate will be able to bring in business by selling and marketing to insurance adjusters. Must have experience estimating with Xactimate estimating software and also be able to project manage.
